Salad with daikon, pumpkin and cucumber
Well, that cooks, you also suddenly the number on the scales kind of inadequate? And always want to eat? Offer for a change here's a simple salad, like hasn't eaten, but I ate.

Ingredients

  • Daikon

    250 g

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 pinch

Cooking

All the vegetables wash, daikon and pumpkin sanded. Grate the daikon strips on a grater for Korean carrot.

Also grate the pumpkin.

And cucumber.

Add a tablespoon of low-fat yogurt, a little mild mustard, to prisolit, add a pinch of sugar or a few drops of liquid stevia. Season with mixture of peppers or any other seasoning to taste - I have a quarter teaspoon. Mix well and serve.
