Cooking
All the vegetables wash, daikon and pumpkin sanded. Grate the daikon strips on a grater for Korean carrot.
Add a tablespoon of low-fat yogurt, a little mild mustard, to prisolit, add a pinch of sugar or a few drops of liquid stevia. Season with mixture of peppers or any other seasoning to taste - I have a quarter teaspoon. Mix well and serve.
Very fresh and crisp, my daughter on tomorrow ordered a replay - that's what prompted me to post this simple recipe.
