This Focaccia is very simple to prepare. The filling can be any. Useful and kiddies in the afternoon and guests to beer. A classic Italian dish. Help yourself!

Cooking
Prepare the dough. Yeast mixed with flour. Add salt,sugar, oil and warm water. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes (it should not stick to your hands). Put the dough in a deep bowl, cover it with a wet cotton towel and put into the oven (turned off) heated to 50 gr. Wait 2-3 hours until the dough will fit. This is a classic dough for any pizza or Focaccia.
On a baking sheet lay out the paper. Grease it with vegetable oil. Spread half of the dough and with your hands distribute the batter on the entire pan. You can also use a rolling pin, but better handles!
Onion, chopped thinly, fry in olive oil.
Put on the dough layer of the grated cheese, then a layer of smoked bacon and fried onions (I sliced "pancetta" - you can substitute ham or other meats to taste, or according to the contents of the refrigerator).
Close the second half of the test. I don't roll it, just spread your hands and extend the whole pan, but if you're new, and you can roll it out. Suscipiam good edges, with a fork pierce holes.
The dough brush with olive oil. optionally, you can sprinkle large sea salt and rosemary needles. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 C for about 20-25 min (until Pozolotina). Bon appetit!
