Cheese scones with dates wrapped in bacon
Savoury rolls with unusual fillings. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Milk

    7 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Baking powder

    1 pack

  • Cards

    10 piece

  • Bacon

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

Dates (for the experiment I took 2 pieces and prunes) wrapped in bacon or other smoked shank. Fry in 1 tbsp vegetable oil, put aside to cool.

Mix cottage cheese, vegetable oil, milk, sugar, salt.

Flour mixed with baking powder.

In cottage cheese add 1/2 of the flour, and stir.

Stir in the remaining flour. To form a sausage and divide into 10 pieces.

To invest in every part of the cooled buns "dates wrapped in bacon", to wrap.

Spread buns "seam down" on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with milk and sprinkle with rosemary.

Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
