Almond cupcake
Fragrant, crumbly, delicious. Cooking is a snap!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Mix sugar, butter (room temperature), egg yolk, add a pinch of salt, soda (repaid), cognac.

Grind almonds.

Mix flour and crushed almonds.

All combine, mix, turns out tender, not the batter.

Put it into the form (or separable, or lined with baking paper), put in preheated oven (160 deg.) and bake until done (stuck a toothpick should remain dry, and the top cakes are slightly browned).

The finished cake remove from the form, cool.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
