Candy-Fudge, chocolate-bean with nuts and candied fruit. This sweet dessert is very similar to that familiar to us from childhood sherbet, only it is softer and nicer... Everyone knows what it is delicious and kind of nutritious! I aimed a little to reduce the calorie content of these chocolate-peanut candy and tried to replace part of the chocolate on the beans. The choice fell on the dark red Kidney beans, because it is neutral in taste and absorbs the taste and smell of the product with which it is prepared. The first thing you need to soak the beans for at least 4 hours and then wash it and boil according to the instructions on the package, i.e. add the beans in a pot with water in the ratio 1:5 and bring to boil. Then cook for 10 minutes over high heat, and then 1.5 hours on low heat. Almost all water will be absorbed into the beans.
