Hot chocolate Red velvet
Everyone's favorite hot beverage in the new red velvet "dress&amp ;quot;. It is gorgeous to look at and rich in flavor!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    100 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    5 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

Cooking

Beets RUB on a grater, mix milk with cream, place the beets and vanilla sugar. Put on the stove and heat for about 10 minutes on low heat, not allowing to boil.

Beets turns the milk pink. Strain the mixture through a sieve

Pour a little milk and set aside (about 100 ml). In the rest of the milk, add the chocolate and sugar to taste (in my case brown sugar Mistral), heat nearly to boiling but do not boil

The rest of the milk using the cappuccino pour into cups in the form of foam. If you have a cappuccino, but the foam you want, then just whisk the milk immersion blender and the resulting foam will expand on the cups
