                            1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            2. Chicken wash, dry, cut along the ridge, carefully remove the bones.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            3. Put the chicken on a Board and season with salt and spread on top of rice and sliced tomatoes.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            4. Roll the chicken tightly into a roll, wrap in foil.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            5. Preheat the oven to 80C. To cook the loaf for 2 hours, then increase temperature to 180C and cook for a further 1 hour.
