Hot chocolate
Who would refuse the morning of a Cup of delicious chocolate? Read the recipe through, and you will learn how to prepare this refreshing drink every morning without much hassle.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    300 g

  • Mint

    1 coup

The recipe I used mint as a flavoring. You can aromatize quite to your taste - vanilla ( vanilla bean or vanilla – in any case not vanilla sugar!), extracts of the berries (mmm...for example, strawberries), cinnamon and clove - then your imagination is limitless!

So:Mix the milk and cream. Put the mint and put it on the fire. When starts to boil, remove from heat and leave to infuse for 30 minutes. Again to warm up.

Break the chocolate ( I use dark if milk — increase by 15% the amount).

The milk-mint mixture to drain into slices of chocolate.

Stir with a spatula until smooth - it will be quite runny, but it should be!

Chocolate mousse is poured into a jar and cover tightly. Put into the refrigerator. In a couple hours, and ideally the next day you will get thick chocolate! In the refrigerator it can be stored up to two weeks!

But to brew in the morning, a Cup of fragrant drink is easy! Heat milk, add to each serving with 2 to 4 tablespoons fragrant chocolate paste and mix well. In your morning (though why only morning?)) a Cup of mouth-watering, full-bodied with a stylish mint flavor refreshing drink.
