Recipe inspired by the ideas of preparations for the winter. I really like the combination of eggplant and Apple in harvesting Eggplant "Volgograd" for the winter, from of Tania, marfutak. Our products. All the vegetables small in size. Cut the tomatoes into large chunks, onion and garlic randomly. Eggplant, cucumber, Apple, bell pepper fairly large cubes. Finely chop the chilli.
Heated the oil in a pan to send tomatoes, onions and garlic.
Add eggplant, pepper, cucumber, Apple and finely chopped greens. Simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes, add sugar, vinegar, salt, chili and spices. Mix well. Leave on the heat for about 3 minutes, the salad is ready. Cold salad put into a clean jar and store in the refrigerator for weeks. Cucumbers retain their crunchiness, combined with the spicy flavor of the salad.
