Description

Chicken legs with bacon
Generally, the chicken and all its parts perfect for a picnic in any form. It is convenient to eat, easy to cook, as it does not require much time. Chicken meat is delicious "friend& quot; with any number of sauces, including soy like no other. These legs rather pungent taste, where mixed a lot of different flavors. Nevertheless, they are entwined. They can be prepared outdoors, in the oven, in the pan-grill, and in any case will be good. And if we serve them with spicy mango sauce, and even freshly baked homemade ciabatta, a great mood You provided.

Cooking

step-0
To cut legs and cartilage joints and to clean the bone, cut a tendon with the scissors.
step-1
1 onion, ginger, half the chili pepper very finely chopped. Add the grated Parmesan.
step-2
Mix it all together. Add the soy sauce, honey, 1-2 tbsp olive oil.
step-3
All stir well.
step-4
On the legs slightly to take the skins and fill the resulting pocket these "stuffing".
step-5
Wrap each leg with bacon and secure with skewer. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Gently smear the legs with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
step-6
While the legs are roasting, prepare the sauce. Personally, I love it! Mango cut into two parts. To cut the flesh and finely, finely chopped. Add the finely chopped onion, remaining half of chili, if there is a coriander.
step-7
Add the olive oil, balsamic sauce (if not, you can just a little more lemon juice or balsamic vinegar), lemon juice, salt (my favorite - Adyghe). All mix well. And be sure to taste and adjust salt and acid to your taste. Serve drumsticks with sauce and fresh ciabatta. A pleasant stay and meal!
