Eggplant
Classic Italian appetizer, which will be not only a Desk decoration, but also help to feed her husband, who came home from work an hour early! :)

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Thyme

    20 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Mozzarella

    150 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    20 g

Cooking

Our simple ingredients: eggplant, tomatoes. 2 kinds of cheese, and thyme.

Slice eggplant to make 3 columns on 3 slices of eggplant.

Grate the Parmesan and slice the mozzarella.

Preheat the pan-grill, lay out the eggplant. Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil.

Fry with 2 sides.

Lay eggplant on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

In the form put the eggplant, top with circles of mozzarella and thyme.

Add the tomatoes in their own juice.

Tomatoes sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Cover with a slice of eggplant and repeat another layer.

Eggplant put in the oven for 7 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve when the mozzarella becomes soft and stringy! Bon appetit!
