It's still an exaggeration: in the jambalaya almost always add so-called "kardonsky Trinity": onions, petiolate celery and sweet pepper. And everything else - really, at your discretion.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry chicken until Golden brown (about 10 minutes), then add sausages and progarm a few more minutes. With a slotted spoon put chicken and sausages on a plate.
