Recently, the cook Nina superbabes posted the recipe shallops of meat. The review discussed whether to cook this dish of minced beef, and cook Ulasi led method of preparation of shallops from pieces of meat. I took advantage of her advice. It was very tasty! Cooking
Meat cut into slices across the grain and beat.
Melt in a pan 2 tablespoons of butter.
Fry the meat on fairly high heat with two sides, a little prisolit it.
Separately in a saucepan fry the onion with 1 tbsp oil.
Fried meat in a pan to the onions.
Stir in a bowl 0,5 l of broth with flour, stir well.
Then add sour cream, also stir.
Pour the sour cream-flour mixture into the pan, where roasted meat, and bring to a boil, carefully stirring occasionally. Here I want to warn that when heated flour I started to thicken very quickly, I had to add some water. But next time I'll try to put in the sauce flour fried in a pan without oil, like goulash. I think that will taste better and be slower to thicken.
In the saucepan with the meat and pour the boiling sauce, add the remaining broth, mix thoroughly, doselevel to taste, pepper, bring to a boil, low down the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Shallops ready! I served it with buckwheat, and even with potatoes or rice, as indicated by Ulasi. Bon appetit!
