Spicy pie-cake with pears and cardamom
My mom gave on March 8, two remarkable books. This pie-cake from one of them. Well, very tasty and tender. We all loved baking for family dinner in celebration.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    225 g

  • Baking powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Cardamom

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Mac

    1 Tbsp

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

To begin cut out of parchment for the bottom of the form, grease it with vegetable oil.

Nuts finely chop.

Slightly whisk the eggs.

RUB soft butter with sugar.

Small portions add eggs to a creamy mass. Mix thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mass.

Sift flour. Mix it with cardamom, nuts, poppy seeds and baking powder.

Clean 1,5 - 2 pears (I had a very large, sort of "Lucas"). Cut into cubes.

To dry mixture add milk, combine with the cream. Stir. Add to the dough pear cubes. Put into the form and level.

1 pear clean, cut into thin slices and fan spread on top of pie. In the middle lay three halves of walnuts.

Put the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.

When the cake esponda, grease the top with honey and leave in the form for 20 minutes. After spread on the grille (well, if this is not, as I have, just on a nice platter). The cake is ready! Very original and beautiful! Have a nice tea party!!!
