The first month of winter is sometimes associated with champagne. This is on until December 31. And all other days should belong Pegu. At least so say our Scandinavian neighbours. The main ingredients usually include wine (usually red), spices, e.g., cinnamon and cloves, and sometimes made with vodka, akvavit or brandy. The mixture is heated but not brought to a boil so that the alcohol does not evaporate. For the contest "new year tastes of the planet."

Ingredients

  • Semi-dry red wine

    1.75 l

  • Cinnamon

    2 piece

  • Carnation

    4 piece

  • Cardamom

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Lemon peel

    20 g

  • Orange zest

    20 g

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

Cooking

Pour into a saucepan half a glass of wine, add cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.

To cook under a cover on slow fire about half an hour. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.

The remaining wine to warm up to 60 degrees, pour in the cooked extract, and add the raisins, almonds,
