For the sweet tooth eternally sitting on a diet, I propose today is a very simple dessert of low-fat yogurt and cereal.

Cooking
Soak gelatine. Cereal to prepare. I have a great sprouted grain wheat flakes. You can take any cereal that does not require cooking. But I sometimes prepare this dessert with the usual cereal. They jam and under the influence of yogurt a little soft. We prefer that they stay a little crunchy.
In cereals add the 50g. low-calorie jam D arbo. Mix well.
In yogurt add 50 ml. of low-calorie jam D arbo. Mix well. Slightly heat to simmer and dissolve the swollen gelatin in it. Much kefir is not heated, so as not curled. If you're worried-take pictures periodically from the heat and stir. Everything will work out.
At the bottom of the glasses (forms) lay out a portion of cereal with jam, fill all yogurt. If you have fresh berries-you can throw a few pieces into the glass. Put in the refrigerator.
After 40 minutes of delicious low-calorie dessert is ready.
