Cottage cheese biscuits with meringue and jam
Sweet and airy cakes-cookies that are very easy to cook and is not ashamed to put on the table in front of guests.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Cheese

    240 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Vanilla

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Jam

    100 g

Cooking

Soft butter together with cream cheese and whip in the mixer

Add 2 egg yolks, vanilla and again beat

Gradually, portions, add the flour with the baking powder and knead the dough.

I have leftovers of the dough, and the meringue was over. Had meringue cookies with jam to cook... Also an option.
