Cooking
Soft butter together with cream cheese and whip in the mixer
Add 2 egg yolks, vanilla and again beat
Gradually, portions, add the flour with the baking powder and knead the dough.
In paper molds to put the dough, flatten with your hand, make a small indentation and bake in a preheated 180 gr. the oven until slightly beige. Beat until stable peaks 2 protein with 150 grams of powdered sugar.
Then in these grooves to squeeze jam ( I have cranberry, TM "Maheev")
Top squeeze through a pastry bag with a nozzle of the whipped whites and put another ten minutes in a hot oven.
You can top until the meringue is hot, put the pastry topping, although in my opinion, they are so good.

I have leftovers of the dough, and the meringue was over. Had meringue cookies with jam to cook... Also an option.
