Salad with chicken and dates
Chicken meat company Pelinka, buy quite often, really really liked it me and my household. Always and that is very important for me - chilled. No need to defrost, and cook bought. Prepared quickly, it turns out juicy, tasty. Today, I prepared a salad with meat, chicken and dates are a perfect choice for a tasty salad on the holiday table. As chicken the product is easy, diet and cooked very quickly.

1. For the salad, I took a chicken breast. If you love "red meat", the chicken breast can be replaced by a different part of the chicken, such as chicken thigh (flesh).

4. Dates remove the skins, cut in half, remove the pit and flesh cut into thin strips. Dates buy soft or pour boiling water and leave for 5 minutes until they soften.

5. The orange and remove the white layer. The pulp is divided into slices and remove the transparent film. Slices to cut.

9. Prepare the sauce. Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise, hot sauce (1-2 tbsp - ingredients: ginger, garlic, chilli, lemon,...) and orange juice, sprinkle with salt and stir. Add the sauce into a bowl and gently mix all the prepared ingredients.

10. Put on a leaf of lettuce into each ramekin and arrange the salad. Sprinkle salad with chopped walnuts and serve. Bon appetit!
