Prepared quickly, it turns out juicy, tasty. Today, I prepared a salad with meat, chicken and dates are a perfect choice for a tasty salad on the holiday table. Cooking
1. For the salad, I took a chicken breast. If you love "red meat", the chicken breast can be replaced by a different part of the chicken, such as chicken thigh (flesh).

3... allow time to cool and cut into small pieces. Boil rice, water, drained and cooled rice.
4. Dates remove the skins, cut in half, remove the pit and flesh cut into thin strips. Dates buy soft or pour boiling water and leave for 5 minutes until they soften.

9. Prepare the sauce. Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise, hot sauce (1-2 tbsp - ingredients: ginger, garlic, chilli, lemon,...) and orange juice, sprinkle with salt and stir. Add the sauce into a bowl and gently mix all the prepared ingredients.
10. Put on a leaf of lettuce into each ramekin and arrange the salad. Sprinkle salad with chopped walnuts and serve. Bon appetit!
