Buckwheat salad with beetroot
To lose weight is every woman's dream! As it were, so to lose weight, but not starve? What to eat... to lose weight? Prepare my salad.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    5 piece

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Walnuts

    20 g

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Boil beetroot, peel and cut into wedges.

Buckwheat boil and cool

At the bottom of the salad bowl put lettuce, buckwheat and beets. Add broken nuts.

In a separate bowl mix sunflower oil, soy sauce"Kikkoman", honey, black pepper and ginger. Beat with a whisk. Pour salad sauce.
