Cooking
A bit of defrosted salmon fillet and divided into 4 parts, across and along. 2 parts used for the roll. Completely until the salmon is thawed, both parts are cut with a sharp knife lengthwise into three parts. Turned out 6 pieces.
Each part thinly and evenly tipped.
Poured Kikkoman soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Boiled basmati rice in salted water. Smashed in a bowl the eggs, added dry Basil, chili, turmeric and mash with a fork until smooth. The resulting mixture was poured in the rice and cook it.
Salmon is vertically laid out on the foil by edges to one another. Over the entire surface of the salmon distributed Fig. From the bottom horizontally, put the boiled carrots.
Twisted in a roll and put in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
The roll gave time to cool a little.
Chilled roll cut into portions.
Sliced loaf put in a bowl on lettuce leaves.
One portion is enough to have two rings. The salmon roulade was served olives, which begins the cooked carrots. Each refill roll your favorite sauce Kikkoman.
A delicious and hearty loaf as in a cold and hot. A good combination of salmon, spicy spicy rice and sweet carrots. If You follow a diet and roll will have children, then the Cayenne pepper add to rice is not necessary. Bon appetit!
