Appetizer
Appetizer easy to prepare and do not understand - fish it? And so simple!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Fish fillet (I had fillet of Pollock) to lay out on foil, season with salt and pepper.

Cheese grate, mix with mayonnaise (mayonnaise to add a little, just so the weight can be spread) and place a layer of fish.

Cover with a layer of fish.

Separately grate the ham (you can scroll in a meat grinder), put it in the fish.

Cover the last layer of fish.

Wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes on each side. Cooling, not expanding under pressure.

Unwrap and slice. It turns out flaky fish, tender and tasty!!
