Cooking
Cut pineapple along sharp kitchen knife (the hardest to have to fight with leaves).
From the "baskets" of the pineapple to remove the pulp. Cut out the flesh, keeping the knife angle... the Remnants of the flesh "to get" teaspoon!
The flesh is cut into cubes, and solid white inner barrel - crop, and, sorry, to be disposed of.
Chicken breast cut into cubes. To make the sauce. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey (or sugar), grainy mustard, salt and pepper. Add the sauce to the chicken. Drain the marinade resulting juice from the chopped pineapple. Leave to marinate a chicken breast for 20-30 minutes.
Finely dice the capsicum. Add it to the pineapple.
Bush from a pineapple mask (wrapped) in foil.
Decant the chicken from the marinade, add the pineapple and bell pepper, 2-3 tbsp of grated cheese. Mix well.
Fill with a mixture of "pineapple bag", lightly tamping the filling. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
Send to bake the pineapple, covering with another layer of foil, in a preheated 180C oven for 60 minutes.
Air the taste of fruit and meat!
If You want to save time, the marinated meat you can simply fry in the sauce until evaporation of the liquid, and then using for the filling, pineapple, reducing cooking time to 20 minutes.
You have a good... um, uh, romantic dinner!
