Meatloaf with mushroom stuffing
Meat pie stuffed with mushrooms and cheese, baked in puff pastry - easy and tasty dish from the available ingredients for Breakfast, lunch or dinner for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Puff pastry

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Cheese

    60 g

  • Spices

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Greens

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Fry in oil onions (finely chopped) and mushrooms (coarsely chopped), until tender; salt and pepper; remove from the heat, cooled.

In minced meat, add finely chopped shallots, chopped herbs, salt, pepper, Khmeli-suneli, mustard; mix well.

Stir fried mushrooms with grated cheese and cream.

Protein to separate from the yolk; beat the protein and add to the mixture; the yolk aside.

On the dough spread the stuffing and top with mushroom stuffing.

Gently turn the stuffing.

Wrap the dough, seal the edges, and lubricates the yolk.

And bake in the lower part of a preheated oven (200°C) for about 25-30 min.
