Cake Snowballs
Tender and tasty. Does not require much effort from the hostess.

Ingredients

  • Coconut

    75 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vanilla

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Raspberry

    300 g

  • Candy

    20 piece

  • Cream

    500 g

  • Jam

    100 g

The coconut is slightly dry on a dry pan. Proteins separated from the yolks. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt, until stiff peaks

CL. butter, egg yolks, 125 g sugar and vanilla beat with a mixer. Add the flour, baking powder, coconut and mix well. Gradually add the beaten egg whites. Put the dough into form and bake at 175°C 30 min.

Cake cool and make a small indentation in it. The pieces are not thrown away and grind into crumbs.

Candy (10 PCs) cut in half. For the cream whip the cream with sugar and add candy and raspberries. With a little berries to leave for decoration. Put slide cream on the cake.

Jam to warm up a bit in the microwave to become liquid (if necessary, strain through a sieve) and spread it over the edges of the cake. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
