Apples, baked twice
Delicious treat! Piping-hot, wonder how good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and cooled themselves are beautiful. Recipe from belonika.

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

Apples for stuffing (4 pieces) peel, leaving tail for decoration, cut crosswise in half, round spoon to choose seed pods. Apples to put in portion cups or in great shape (not essential), pour on the bottom a little water and put bake in the oven for 30 minutes (t 180-200°C).

Prepare "stuffing": grated on a grater 2 apples, the juice and zest of half a lemon, the yolk, the cream and sugar mix. The apples are then baked a second time in the frame portion of the rings. If you, like me, does not have those, you can do improvised means, erecting them from a disposable aluminum baking molds or simply out of foil.

To get baked in the first round of the apples, put the lower parts into rings, stuffed with stuffing to the edges of the rings, cover with the top halves. At the bottom of the form (s) to put the cinnamon sticks (I each of the two broke in half) and put to bake for another 40 minutes (t-180°C). Two or three times during baking to get the apples and pour the separated juice. * Decided for themselves in the future to use a large shape, it is easier to get the sauce with a spoon, I also had to drain the juice from the molds in a Cup and mugs to pour on top of apples.
