Chocolate milk

Tartlet

Ice cream
Cooking
Melt the chocolate (in a water bath or in the microwave). Liquid chocolate to grease the tartlets.
To connect the water, lemon juice and sugar. Cook on a slow fire to reduce the amount of 2 times (to get a light syrup).
Dip the berries in the cooled syrup...
... and lay them on the tarts, garnish with mint leaves.
Before serving on top of the berries put a little ice cream or whipped cream. Bon appetit!!!
