Fried eggs in bread
Quick, easy to prepare, hearty hot sandwiches)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Baton

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

  • Seasoning

I have a large number of people and I make a lot of sandwiches. Cut in large slices baton/toasted bread (not less than 0.8 cm). At the rate of 1-3 sandwich per person

Next, carefully cut out center of each slice of bread. Should look like this:

Spread on previously greased with vegetable oil baking sheet. (I recommend to lay parchment paper, I didn't have..) On request: bed a piece of bacon, sausages, frankfurters, etc.

Further, in every grain "mold" is divided according to the 1st egg. To prisolit and pepper to taste. Decorate according to your flight of fancy: tomatoes, grated cheese, black olives, greens, onions, etc. Next spread the cut flesh.
