Pumpkin snack loaf

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Nutmeg

  • Ginger

  • Mint

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Berry sauce

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Caviar

    150 g

Pumpkin grate on a coarse grater. Mix the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and a pinch of salt. Beat eggs to a froth and add to the mixture along with the pumpkin, mix thoroughly.

Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Pour the dough on a silicone Mat covered baking sheet, flatten with a spatula. Bake for 15 min. Cover the work surface with a towel. Remove the pan from the oven, take a knife around the edges of the cake and gently shift it on a towel. Carefully roll up the cake in the loaf with a towel and allow to cool.

To prepare the filling. Butter allow to warm to room temperature. Connect in a bowl the butter and eggs. Beat with a blender into a homogeneous mass.

To deploy the roll. Evenly spread the batter cranberry sauce D arbo, then caviar cream. Using a towel, again roll the dough into a loaf. The ends of the roll cut with a sharp knife. Roll put into the refrigerator for a few hours.
