Bagels with cheese
These bagels can be made from any cheese: canned, freeze-dried (Yes, wives of submariners still not eaten!!!), well, natural, all, delicious! Are prepared easily and eaten even easier...

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Flour

    10 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Butter (margarine) melt (I didn't melt, but you can melt).

Stir into it the cheese.

Add the flour, salt, soda, slaked vinegar, and half of the sugar. Knead a stiff dough. Place in refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 parts. Each part roll into a pancake with a diameter of about 25-30 cm.

In the center of the pancake sprinkle with cinnamon (instead of cinnamon to add a Mac). Damn cut diameter 8-12 parts.

Cinnamon can be put separately on each triangle, then be careful.

Each triangle roll to the center. Dipped in sugar.

Bake on medium heat until Golden brown.
