RUB the beef with salt and black pepper, make the incisions and insert the cherries. Take the foil, grease with butter. Wrap the meat in foil and bake it in the oven! Cook 1 hour at a temperature of 185*C.
While preparing meat, take the cherries, finely chop it in blendor and turn into a puree. Put the puree on the fire, add salt and sugar to taste. Bring to a boil. The sauce is ready.
Take out the meat from the oven, cut into pieces, pour the sauce and serve! BON APPETIT!
