Mango-coconut Panna cotta
Panna cotta is a national dessert. Light, delicate. Incredibly delicious. Cooked very easy!

Ingredients

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Coconut milk

    350 ml

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

Gelatin fill 0.5 cups of cold boiled water. Leave for 30 minutes for swelling.

Boil coconut milk with sugar.

Cool slightly and, stirring constantly, pour gelatin. Stir until complete dissolution of gelatin. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Mango to clean, to separate from the bone.

Grind in a blender

To puree

Cream beat with a mixer until a stable foam.

Jelly mixture add mango. Gently add the whipped cream and stir.

Pour into forms. Put into the refrigerator for 3 hours. Until fully cured. Frozen jelly flip together with the shape on a dessert plate. You can put on 5-10 seconds in the microwave so it is easier to slip.

Ready dessert decorate with fruit, berries, whipped cream, mint leaves, etc.
