Cooking
To the milk add sugar and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil, but do not boil!!!! Otherwise the milk will curdle. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Gelatin cover with water, leave to swell. Then put on a small fire and, stirring constantly, heat until complete dissolution of the granules.
Strain the gelatine into the milk mixture. Mix well. Then enter the cream. Mix well with a whisk until a homogeneous mass. Split it into 2 parts. In one of them add the melted chocolate (80 gram, and 20 - leave for decoration).
Prepare the molds. I usually decorate with sugar - dipped first in a saucer of water, and then into a saucer with sugar... but it's not necessarily!
Pour to form the first layer of the jelly mass and put into the fridge until fully cured. Then the next layer and again in the fridge.... Etc. you Can add a layer of store-bought berry jelly - I have raspberry. The color sequence of layers choose according to your taste.
The top of the pastry syringe decorate with melted chocolate.
Jelly turns out tender, not rubbery.
My synulki,.... Yes that a sin to conceal - and me and husband really love this dessert. Bon appetit!
