I love all sorts of dessert and sweet products from the buckwheat and buckwheat flour. Offer a very simple, easy cooking cookies. The dough is crumbly and at the same time delicate and airy, melting in the mouth, moderately sweet, dried cherries and subtle notes of citrus and cinnamon give the flavor slightly unusual test. Cooking
Wheat sift flour with baking powder, mix with buckwheat flour, a pinch of salt, cinnamon and vanilla.
Dried cherries a little pre-cut.
Soft margarine whipped with sugar and honey in a light cream.
Add dried cherries, citron. Stir with a spoon.
Add the brandy, mix well.
Add the flour mixture and mix with a spoon. Beat nothing. Cover with plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, at night. The dough is soft, but the flour is no longer necessary, otherwise the cookies won't be so tender and crumbly. After the fridge the dough will harden and will be easy to shape cookies.
From dough to form balls, put on baking tray, approximately 2.5-3 cm in diameter
and bake for 12-17 minutes at 180 degrees, depending on oven and size of cookies.
