Description
Sometimes I think my husband's parents in his youth, he was very romantic people. It is only romantically minded wife can take and give birth to a son someday, but right on Valentine's day! I now have to take the rap for "this romance", ie candles, a gala dinner, a nice gift for Valentine's day - always with me... this year I decided to break tradition (especially as 3 ! romantic evenings and 1 lunch! I have been organized during the previous week) and add "a little salt" in this "sweet" holiday. And eliminating candles! But the words "give me tonight" I finally said...

Cooking
Fish "to put in order" - to wash, gut, remove the gills. Scales better not to remove (I took it directly to the market, I can not say anything yet). Yes, the fish can take any, as long as it was fresh, not frozen.
Salt pour into a large bowl, add the protein and gradually add water, stirring with a spoon of salt. It should be evenly wet, but water should not be much - just a little damp salt!
To prepare the seafood: peel shrimps (if they are in the shell), octopus cut into 2-3 parts.
Cut into small pieces half a lemon and celery stalks, add to seafood. Also add the rosemary.
On a baking sheet lay out parchment so thoroughly over - we then fish wrap. Parchment - 1/3 of salt. To make a "cushion" for fish. I had to sacrifice a fish's tail climbed on a baking sheet...
Stuff with a mixture of seafood abdomen. For confidence it is possible and to sew.
Close the fish with the remaining salt on all sides, cover with parchment and send in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. This is the time of festive meals, or to cook something, or go to sleep... well, for 40 minutes you just have a fish do not touch.
After this time, salt the fish will become a solid crust. Remove it (the fish) out of the oven, and carefully remove salt crust. The skins have to sacrifice if the fish was the scales - it's obvious, but if scaled, the skin will be salty enough, and it is all the same better to remove.
This is not a "holiday beauty" I want to create on Valentine's Day. It is not decorated with hearts, and in General, it is better not to decorate... It should just quickly eat it while it's hot! PS And two forks stuck in the carcass suggests that the dish, according to the contest conditions made for a "romantic dinner for two". :-D
