Broccoli with chili and honey
Original spicy snack, a great side dish, indispensable dish for weight watchers. The combination of honey and chili really has a very interesting taste. And most importantly - fast!

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Chile wash, remove seeds, finely chop.

Mix oil, honey, soy sauce and pepper. Mix well.

If fresh broccoli - wash, dry, disassemble on inflorescences, boil in boiling water for 4 minutes. If frozen - just put it in a pot of boiling water, bring to a boil. Discard in a colander to drain the water. Put in a salad bowl, dress with sauce - Bon appetit!
