Ingredients

  • Cheese

    0.5 kg

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

  • Berry

Soak gelatin in milk for 40 minutes.

Cheese is better to take smooth, not granular to the pudding turned out without lumps.Curd mix with the sugar using a mixer.

Milk with gelatin put on low heat and cook, stirring, until dissolved gelatin, not boiling! Add the mixture into curd and mix well. Now put the cottage cheese in a deep dish and put in refrigerator.
