Description

Roll
In the original this roll is called "art", but my attachments did their job and beautiful picture has not turned out, and even the baking paper was just no (why sell a paper, if it all sticks? Would spit in the face of the manufacturer, I swear!). But the idea of cooking very interesting: how to make a simple banal roll beautifully-patterned

Ingredients

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4.5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

    2 tsp

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
For the patterns, mix the melted butter (1 tbsp), sugar (1 tbsp), 1 egg white and flour (1 tbsp). Add cocoa or food coloring. To draw with kornetika patterns (for syringe batter liquid), more graceful than me (you can even draw patterns with a pencil on the reverse side of the parchment). Stick the parchment with drawings in the freezer. I did it at night
step-1
For Swiss roll, whip 2 eggs and 1 yolk with 2.5 tbsp of sugar into a good lather, add optional orange zest, shredded coconut, then add flour and mix at high speeds
step-2
To get out of the freezer the patterns and pour on dough, bake at 180 deg. about 15 minutes (until tender dough)
step-3
For the cream sour cream mixed with 1 tablespoon of sugar and fluff roll
step-4
Gently twist (I am, for lack of a big plate, cut the roll in half), you can sprinkle with powdered sugar (unsightly views, had))))
step-5
Nice home-tea-coffee!
