Easy, quick, tasty. The recipes looked like this was not.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.333 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Honey, sugar and water mix in a saucepan, heat until the sugar is dissolved, and then cooled to room temperature

Combine the cooled syrup with melted margarine, flour, soda, cinnamon and knead the dough

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 5-7 mm, cut out figures of different shape

Spread on a baking sheet, grease with egg yolk

Bake 10 minutes at 210 degrees, until light blush
