Cherry tomatoes stuffed with pate of white beans with mint
I want to offer you a very easy and fresh vegetable snack. It consists almost only of 3 ingredients: tomatoes, beans and mint, but the result will surprise you very much. Three of these components complement each other and create an interesting taste. Among other things, the appetizer looks very nice and is perfect for a festive spring or summer table. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Beans

    3 handful

  • Mint

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Soak the beans in cold water overnight, or at least from morning to evening.

Drain the water, add fresh and cook over low heat for about 1 hour. Add salt at the end of cooking.

Beans to try, if necessary, a little salt and pepper and add mint leaves. One handful about 2 leaves on it. Can be more, if you love the fresh taste of mint.

Add a few tbsp of warm water and mix in blender until smooth, like pate.

This pate can be eaten simply spread on a slice of bread. A perfect accompaniment to vegetable soup.

The cherry tomatoes cut off the top. Very carefully with a knife to make an incision dividing the tomato, and then a little spoon to get the pulp. In fact, it is not difficult, but requires a little care.

Each Pomidorka to prisolit from the inside and fill with pate. Cover it with the hat and you can bring to the table!
