Sauerkraut with peppers and tomatoes
Bought in the kiosk new pamphlet "Cabbage. The best homework. Recipes with a Bang." I never thought that there could be as many new interesting recipes for pickling cabbage.     2 kg

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    3 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Garlic

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Salt

    30 g


Each cabbage cut into 4 parts including the cob, blanchere 2-3 minutes in boiling water (the cabbage, I took small, smaller than average head or two of cabbage, about 1 kg.)
Zucchini with peel, carrots and tomatoes we shall cut slices, garlic chop, greens finely chop.
For the brine boiling water soluble salt. The brine cool, strain. Cabbage, zucchini, tomatoes, sweet pepper, put in layers in the pan, sprinkling each layer with garlic and carrots. Fill the vegetables with chilled brine. Put under oppression for 3 days at room temperature, then store in a cool place.
