The romantic holiday of Valentine's Day is around the corner, it's time to make the menu. I propose you a simple recipe of the delicious cupcake for a romantic Breakfast. Bright, humid, Sunny cupcake will give you a good mood!
Ingredients

Condensed milk

Chicken egg

Flour
120 g

Leavening agent
0.25 tsp

Vanilla sugar
0.5 tsp

Cooking
Carrot three on a small grater.
Butter "milieu" melt. I did it in the microwave.
Condensed milk, egg, salt, vanilla sugar and melted butter mix until smooth. I slightly whipped with a whisk. Add carrots.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder. The result is a fairly thick batter.
Cake pan with baking paper and lay out our dough.
Put into the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Here's a cupcake I did. Before serving, you can optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
