Apple cookies with lemon
In front of you a delicious and fragrant cookie Apple dough with a hint of lemon for Lenten weekends and holidays. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Vegetable oil

    80 g

  • Lemon peel

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Apple peel, grate, add sugar, oil, zest and lemon juice.

Pour the flour with the baking powder, salt and vanilla. Mix well.

Tear off small pieces of dough and roll into balls the size of a walnut or an apricot. Each ball to roll from one side first in the Sahara.

Then in powdered sugar.

Put on a baking tray lined with baking paper, icing sugar up.

Bake at 200*C for about 15 minutes, cool on wire rack.
