But those that were found to be suspicious a lot of sugar - probably for the unbridled sweet tooth ;)) I'm not like that, so I lowered the sugar and added flavor in the form of lemon juice and berries. Cooking
The yolks carefully separated from the proteins. Mash the yolks with 150g. sugar.
Add the softened butter, vanilla essence (or 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar).
Flour mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Sift in the dough. Mix well. Divide the dough into 2 parts, with one part to do a bit more than the other.
A large part of the shift in the form and flatten. A smaller part to put in the freezer. The form with the dough it is better to put in the fridge for a while cooking the filling, so the dough will be more crumbly.
Thinly slice the apples or RUB on a coarse grater.
