This pie just melts in your mouth! The top is crumbly-crunchy, the inside tender with a sweet and sour filling. Pamper your beloved this cake! Been looking for the recipe of this cake. But those that were found to be suspicious a lot of sugar - probably for the unbridled sweet tooth ;)) I'm not like that, so I lowered the sugar and added flavor in the form of lemon juice and berries. And so, my variant on the theme "Dream& quot;.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Flour

    280 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Apple

  • Black currants

    2 handful

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

The yolks carefully separated from the proteins. Mash the yolks with 150g. sugar.

Sift in the dough. Mix well. Divide the dough into 2 parts, with one part to do a bit more than the other.
