Sour cream
Cooking
Fish processing, salt, pepper, breaded in flour and fry both storn until Golden brown.
To put in ryadochek on a greased baking sheet.
For the sauce: onions and mushrooms chop and fry,add sour cream and stew, season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the fish and bake until done. Bon appetit.
