Cooking

step-0
Quite a simple recipe, even beginner cooks. Butter, honey and sugar melt on low heat (I did in Mikrowelle), add the egg, salt and spices, stir,
step-1
add flour (I Dinkelmehl, so the cookies are white) and baking powder, knead the dough.
step-2
From the dough roll balls the size of a walnut - I got 50 pieces. For convenience, cut from a large piece of dough strip, cut to pieces, and are already making balloons.
step-3
Preheat the oven to 190*With the sent of cookies in the oven
step-4
first batch baked for 12 minutes on a medium bus or slightly above, the following is only a 10 min (otherwise it burns the bottom of the nuts).
step-5
Ready cookies cool.
step-6
Prepare the glaze: 90-100 gr of powder sugar, about 1 tbsp rum/brandy/red wine/juice (from the color of the liquid depends on the color of the glaze - you can make different colors - you will get a beautiful colored plate of cookies:) ) and you can melt the dark chocolate/white. Nut, dip the top in glaze, then brush make up region. The icing hardens quickly (at room temperature 4-5 minutes), but chocolate peanuts is better to put in the fridge to solidify.
step-7
That's all! mixed nuts add up to the plate and entertained(Sya) :)
step-8
This recipe says that cookies need to be folded into a closed dose, adding a piece of bread, and forget about it for a few days. Cookies will be soft. Hid for the experiment, a few nuts, then write what happened. But in my opinion, biscuits and so soft :)
step-9
Cookies taste pungent and spicy, "fly away" like nuts...
