Juicy, spicy, sour three flavors, perfect for the cold beer...

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    800 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

100g of sour cream mixed with juice of half a lemon, salt and dried herbs (I have Basil and dill)

Put the tomatoes for a minute in boiling water, take out and remove the skin

If shrimp is not pre-thawed, douse them with boiling water (I poured from the kettle) into the pan Spread the shrimp part, wait until the water evaporate and pour oil, fry 5 min, stirring occasionally

Add the chopped garlic and fry for another 5min, then add diced tomatoes and sauté everything for 10 minutes (the tomatoes are almost dissolved), salt to taste, would be good to add fresh dill, but I only had dry. Next I put the piece of shrimp, and in the remaining part of the added hot red pepper (dry) and very little oil, minute prevented... done!

Washes the pan and put the second part of the shrimp, the water evaporated, poured with cream-lemon sauce, covered with a lid and left for 10-15 minutes on low heat... put in a bowl (I poured the second optional juice of half a lemon)
