Salads with avocado are always popular in my house at any time of the year. And shrimp especially. you could add some other vegetables and herbs and you ready quick and delicious salad.

These products will require us to prepare a salad.
Avocado cut in half lengthwise and remove the stone. caution. not to hurt the skin, remove the pulp.
Finely cut the flesh of the avocado, boiled carrots, eggs, cucumber, pepper and lettuce. Celery clean from coarse fibers and cut. Leave the most beautiful shrimp to decorate the salad, the rest finely cut.
Prepare the dressing for our salad. to do this in bowl mix soy sauce, mayonnaise "Maheev" and a pinch of a mixture of Provencal herbs. stir to combine and season the salad. Season with salt to taste.
Empty avocado halves to fill with the salad and serve. Separately you can apply the ketchup "Maheev", the remaining dressing from the salad and mayonnaise "Maheev"
