Let's... slightly heat the whey.
Sift the flour. Add salt, garlic powder, yeast and stir.
In warm whey and add the honey and butter. Mix. Grate the boiled beets. Add all the flour and knead the dough!

The dough increases sooo cool and smells like venegret aphids beet with mayonnaise. I fainted from happiness...
Take a form in which you are going to bake bread. I have a disposable paper. I smear it lightly with butter and sprinkle with flour. Spread the dough and leave to rise for another hour!
After an hour the dough has again risen. And the oven you forgot to preheat?!
Put them in the oven. I do so: first, at a temperature of 250 degrees for 10 minutes and then lower the temperature to 170-160 and bake another 30 minutes. It happened this time I have here is a bomb. Still, disposable form are not very keeps the same form... Cover with a towel and allow the bread to relax a bit.
