Cooking
Mix all ingredients for the dough, cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes. Before the advent of the bouffant cap.
Coming up to the yeast mixture add the egg and soy sauce, stir with a whisk.

Gradually add the remaining flour when the dough is thick, add the mustard oil. Mix thoroughly.
