The bread on whey with oatmeal and lard! With a delicate structure and crisp!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Dry milk

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    120 g

  • Lard

    30 g

  • Serum

    300 ml

In warm whey, add sugar and yeast. Put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes until the "cap".

Sift flour, add salt and dry milk.
